  • Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field, experience in IT and land development, proficiency in relevant software.


Role: Support construction engineering and inspection (CEI) on roadway and utility projects across Florida.

  • Responsibilities: Conduct field inspections, document contractor progress, assist with pay estimates, and ensure compliance with FDOT standards.

  • Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, E.I. certification, 1–3 years of CEI or FDOT construction experience, valid Florida driver’s license.


Geotechnical Engineer (E.I.) – Entry Level

Role: Support environmental fieldwork and documentation for permitting and site development projects.

  • Responsibilities: Assist with wetland delineations, GIS mapping, permit prep, and ecological assessments under senior staff guidance.

  • Requirements: Pursuing a degree in Environmental Science or related field, strong writing and research skills, interest in Florida ecosystems.


Role: Lead the design and permitting of wastewater infrastructure projects statewide.

  • Responsibilities: Manage project delivery, mentor junior staff, develop plans and models, and coordinate with utilities and agencies.

  • Requirements: B.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering, Florida P.E., 4+ years of experience in wastewater design and permitting.


Role: Assist in the design and modeling of wastewater collection and treatment systems.

  • Responsibilities: Prepare construction plans, perform hydraulic analysis, and support permitting efforts.

  • Requirements: B.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering, E.I. certification, 2+ years of relevant design experience.


Role: Support traffic analysis and planning for roadway improvement and development projects.

  • Responsibilities: Prepare traffic studies, signal warrant analyses, and mobility reports under supervision.

  • Requirements: B.S. in Civil Engineering or related, E.I. or in progress, familiarity with Synchro or HCS a plus.

  • Requirements: B.S. in Civil Engineering, E.I. certification, 1–3 years of roadway design experience.


Role: Support subsurface investigations and foundation recommendations for development projects.

  • Responsibilities: Assist with field testing, soil logging, report preparation, and lab coordination.

  • Requirements: B.S. in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, E.I., interest in Florida soil conditions, willing to travel for fieldwork.


Role: Lead geotechnical design and analysis for commercial, residential, and municipal projects.

  • Responsibilities: Manage subsurface exploration, foundation design, slope stability analysis, and team mentorship.

  • Requirements: B.S. in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering, Florida P.E., 4+ years of geotechnical experience.


Role: Perform and oversee field testing, logging, and inspection during geotechnical investigations.

  • Responsibilities: Collect and analyze soil data, coordinate drilling activities, and support report development.

  • Requirements: B.S. in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, E.I. preferred, fieldwork experience, valid driver’s license.
