For all new developments the future flood risk finish floor and FEMA requirements are applicable. The maximum of the following criteria prevails when setting up the Finish Floor Elevation:
Current 100-yr flood map developed in 1977
FEMA maps - existing conditions
Site specific 100-year calculation
18 inches above crown of road.
